Hi! I'm Kallen Deck, a listing and buyer's agent working out of the Keller Williams Metro Atlanta office - one of the top brokers in the area. As an independent Realtor®, I value my ability to work one-on-one with buyers and sellers in the intown Atlanta market. After spending years in program management and then corporate marketing and design with an emphasis on customer experience, I naturally approach each client opportunity with straightforward objectives: to define your goals, build a plan to meet you needs and then exceed your expectations while making the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. No pushy tactics, no weird scripts or salesy vibes. Just an authentic desire to help my clients sell their home, relocate to a new city, move on up from being a renter to a homeowner, size up for a growing family, or downsize for that next phase in life - and hopefully have a little bit of fun along the way.

When you work with me, I spend a significant amount of time and effort ensuring your property is priced competitively and appropriately based on data I gather and provide to you about comparable home sales in the area and the relative value of your specific property based on lot size, location and renovations. I make recommendations on decluttering, staging, repairing and landscaping to make your property most attractive to buyers. I'm able to call on my network of highly skilled service providers to conduct these services for my sellers at affordable prices.
After we agree on how to position your property from a price perspective and complete repairs, I market your home on the official MLS systems in Georgia and Metro Atlanta, leverage my marketing & design background to hire top-notch professional photographers to showcase your property in its best light, design effective and compelling marketing materials, run digital campaigns advertising your home for sale & open houses, personally host open houses & agent caravans and network with other agents to find a great buyer for your property.

My entire job as an agent is to help buyers (and sellers) achieve their real estate goals, plain and simple. So whether that means writing an offer for you on the first house you see or taking you to 40+ properties over six months until you find that perfect house or condo, I'm here to be your trusted agent and advocate. I LOVE meeting new clients, identifying their needs, and working together with them as a team to help them buy their house. At its core, this of course means helping you buy a house - but when I'm your agent, I believe that extends beyond the paperwork and means making myself available to help with movers, set up utilities, advise on home repairs and renovations, stand in if you can't meet an inspector or service provider, etc. Buying a home is a big process and I pride myself on being able to help with every step along the way.
